Yes. We are a registered German Gewerbe and issue an official invoice for bank transfer. Under §19 UStG we operate without VAT.

Sicher-Check provides a full range of inspection and diagnostic services for used passenger cars throughout Germany — tailored to auto entrepreneurs, used-car dealers and bulk buyers. We are based near Berlin (Stahnsdorf, Brandenburg) and can travel 300+ km quickly. We operate officially in Germany (Gewerbe), invoicing via bank transfer (§19 UStG, no VAT).

Our services

👓Exterior & interior inspection. Body/paint/chassis/cabin; signs of hidden repairs, corrosion, welds/filler; fluids, steering, suspension, brakes.
👓Computer diagnostics (OBD). Professional scanner: fault codes across key ECUs (engine, AT/MT*, ABS/ESP, airbag etc.), live parameters, Readiness status, cross-checking mileage in modules.
👓Paint-thickness measurements. Hood, doors, wings, pillars: detecting respray and filler; interpreting readings.
👓Test drive & functional checks. Drive/braking/shifts, abnormal noises, electrical equipment operation.
👓Paperwork & history. VIN, service book, TÜV/Dekra, repair bills; carVertical/CARFAX report on request.
👓Photo protocol. Photos (and optional video) of all defects — useful for negotiation, paperwork and warranty disputes.
👓Advice & recommendations. Clear report with assessment, repair estimate and a verdict: “buy / do not buy”.
